Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable, I allow one emergency reschedule before 24 hours. In the event you have to cancel, a new deposit must be paid in order to rebook.
I have a 15 minute grace period for appointments, after that you’re marked as a no show and a new deposit must be paid in order to rebook.
If you are a returning client then a depositing isn’t required but you will have to have a card on file. No shows or cancellations will be charged 20% of the service
